Prices and Payment

All prices are in the currency indicated and include VAT at the appropriate rate. Delivery charges are as indicated at checkout and various delivery options are available. Via Google Checkout and Paypal we accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. We also accept postal orders and personal cheques (Please make payable to - G. Thompson) and bacs / bank transfer.

Delivery

We deliver within the mainland UK and most Worldwide destinations. We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to deliver within 3-5 working days UK and 7 working days Worldwide.

Delivery Costs

The delivery costs for the UK are based upon a combination of postal and packaging costs. Free delivery occurs when total basket price exceeds the free postage threshold. In such cases items will be sent via 2nd class or standard international postage as applicable.

Purchasing

All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the "Add to Basket" button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button "Order Now", we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've accepted your order or dispatched the product to you. The contract will be filed. For safety reasons your order’s data are not accessible via internet. We keep this data in confidence according to our privacy policy. NOTE:- If you purchase through the default checkout without registering then your personal information is NOT retained on our database. We have done this for the benefit of customers who do not wish to store their details with us. Shop with Shorts4u.com complete peace of mind.

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a full refund. This will apply to your order unless you order goods made to your own specification or goods that by their nature cannot be returned. Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods less cost of postage and packaging. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email, fax or letter. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned in saleable condition at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service. Should you order, details of this right will be sent to you with your confirmatory e-mail.

After-Sales Services and Guarantees

Our aim is to delight all Shorts4U customers and as such we offer a refund and exchange policy should the item you have purchased not be suitable or fit correctly. Once again the buyer is responsible for the cost of postal return and enclosure of postage and packaging payment for the exchange return. Where refunds are requested these are subject to the same terms and conditions as 'Cancellation' and the seller is refunded less the cost the orignal postage and packaging costs. Again you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned in saleable condition at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service. Should you order, details of this right will be sent to you with your confirmatory e-mail.

Note:- We do not accept returns from smoking households, as returns have to be in a condition suitable for resale.
